Terms of Service

Effective: August 30, 2025

Acceptance

By creating an account or using VIRTUALgebra, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 (or your local digital-consent age). If under 18, you confirm parental/guardian consent.

Your Account

You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.

License & Use

A limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial educational use (unless agreed otherwise).

Student Content

You retain ownership of your inputs and grant us a license to process/display them to operate the service.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Illegal content or infringement; harassment or discrimination.
  • Bypassing security or rate limits; bots/scraping without consent.
  • Interference with the service; misrepresentation of identity/age.
  • Using the service to cheat in graded contexts without permission.

Beta Features

During beta, the service is “as is” without uptime guarantees; features/limits may change any time.

Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third parties (Clerk, OpenAI, Vercel, Resend, and future payments). Their terms apply to their parts.

Intellectual Property

Marks, logos, and UI are owned by us or licensors. No use without written consent.

Disclaimers

No warranties; educational guidance may not be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, no indirect/special/consequential damages; total liability capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months (or $50 if unpaid).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from misuse or breach.

Termination

We may suspend/terminate for breach or risks to the service. Certain sections survive termination.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Venue: Orange County, FL.

Changes

We may modify Terms with notice. Continued use means acceptance.
